**What You Will Do** **:**

Guidehouse is looking for a **Remote Software Developer** - experienced in **Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, and HTML5** to support multiple Forest Service applications of varying complexity, including some with maps using ArcGIS API for JavaScript. You will work on an agile team that is highly collaborative, fast-paced, and is made up of dedicated and fun-loving professionals who are respectful, supportive, and appreciative of each other.

Specific Tasks include but are not limited to:

Participation in projects and backlog work with Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and ArcGIS JavaScript API needs

Participation in agile events and ceremonies, such as daily stand ups, interactive planning, and retrospectives.

Interaction with federal staff including Federal Project Managers and Account Managers

**What You Will Need** **:**

+ 5+ years' experience developing and supporting **Angular, JavaScript and HTML5 applications.**

+ Experience with **TypeScript**

+ Experience with **SASS/CSS**

+ Experience with **JQuery**

+ Experience with **JavaScript**

+ Experience with **Bootstrap 3.x**

+ Experience with **Backbone**

+ Experience with **JavaScript test frameworks;** Jasmine preferred.

+ Experience with **Visual Studio Code**

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Excellent organization and time management skills

+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Experience working on Agile teams

+ **BA/BS degree - Relevant experience may be substituted** (Additional 4 years of experience can be substituted for degree. i.e. 9 years total experience without degree) i.e. 9 years total experience without degree)

+ **U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident or EAD is required for the position.**

+ **Candidate must successfully pass a Federal Background National Agency Check/Investigation**

**What Would Be Nice to Have** **:**

+ Experience with ArcGIS JavaScript API a plus

+ Experience with Government systems

The annual salary range for this position is $87,500.00-$131,300.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
