Fantasy Sports Platform looking for a Lead JavaScript Developer to help fill out team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of web-based applications, leading an agile team working with the most up to date technology, provide technical guidance, and drive the implementation of best practices to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of web-based applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Provide technical leadership and guidance to other team members Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define software requirements and design solutions Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolutions Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in web technologies and provide recommendations for technology adoption Mentor and coach junior developers, and contribute to the growth and development of the technology team Requirements: 5+ years of experience in JavaScript development, with a focus on front-end technologies Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue Proficiency with Git and version control Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Note: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.Posted by: Drew Hawkins
