Title: GIS Application Developer (C#, JavaScript)
Location: Sacramento, CA
Compensation: $65/hr - $80/hr
Duration: 12 months+

GIS Application Developer, Sacramento CA, (3 days a week on site, 2 days a week remote), Long Term.
**The work hours will be 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Summary: This position will is part of the Enterprise GIS team and will help the team catch up on projects and other application related support tasks.

The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks such as:

• Work with GIS Web Developers to maintain or create application code using JavaScript and ArcGIS Services with technologies like C#, CSS, AJAX, Dojo, ArcGIS jsAPI, Google Maps, python and ASP.NET.
• Experience with JavaScript UI frameworks (React preferred)
• Experience restructuring large scale JavaScript applications
• GIS/Spatial development experience - Use of Google Maps API, ESRI API
• Strong UX skills
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment environments
• Experience with Windows Servers including Internet Information Services
• Experience with cloud-based application development, deployment and operations
• Work with other division developers to promote geospatial solutions and embed GIS functionality improving customer workflows where it makes sense.
