EY / GigNow have a contract opportunity for a Front-end / JavaScript Engineer - Contractor to lend specific subject matter knowledge.  

• Seeking a JavaScript Development Lead resource with responsibilities in building modules for Vue.js 
• Review user stories / requirements while building sustainable coding that will be tested and implemented in a sprint timeline
• Modifying designs and specifications of complex applications
• Analyzing code, requirements, system risks, and software reliability
• Collaborating with front-end and back-end web developers
   

Qualifications

• Full command of the modern JavaScript language including ES6 language additions such as array, map, and set methods; module architecture; arrow functions; object and array de-structuring; function parameter methods; and Promises
• 6+ year's experience in JavaScript development 
• Good knowledge of the Vue.js framework and related components such as Vuex and Vue Router
• Experience in maintaining JavaScript applications and developing new features; Extensive experience configuring and running Webpack
• Functional and Unit test-based frameworks to develop automated tests (Jest, Mocha, Jasmine, and Cucumber). Some experience with Functional Programming support released recently in TypeScript 2.0; Experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) is preferred
