Description

A higher education based software product company is seeking a Lead Front-End Javascript Engineer! The company is looking for someone who can redesign their UI/FE for their existing platform and who can run on upcoming initiatives. 

Their platform helps better futures of high school students by guiding them through their college selection process. They have algorithms and predictive analytical data systems with the help of back-end engineers in order to make the formulas that help the platform run well. In redoing their front-end for the second versions of existing platforms, they are looking for someone who is strong in Javascript with React and Typescript in order to help design new features for their platforms. They also would prefer someone who has experience working in a software product environment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in a Front-End JavaScript role (preferably React.js)
  • JavaScript
  • API consumption experience
  • Experience architecting/designing and building out new front-end features

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Typescript
  • Previous experience at a software product company
