We are currently looking for a Senior JavaScript Developer / JavaScript Software Architect to play an integral role on our team!

Job Details

As a Senior JavaScript Engineer / Senior Full Stack Developer, we are looking for:

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript
  • Knowledge of Node.js / Node / Nodejs and frameworks such as Feathers / Express
  • Knowledge of AWS or related technologies
  • Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React / Reactjs / React.js, Angular / Angularjs / Angular.js, or Vue / Vuejs / Vue.js
  • Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Knowledge of Ruby on Rails would be a plus
  • Familiarity with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) would be beneficial
  • Understanding of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
  • Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
  • Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
  • Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
  • Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
  • Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
  • Master’s Degree in computer science or related field would be a bonus
  • Extensive familiarity with consumer electronics devices would be a plus
  • Knowledge of C++ and python would be beneficial
